Crash pad in summit/eagle county

Not sure if this is exactly the right forum, but I don't think the condo rental forum is really spot on. My wife and I live up in Boulder and don't want to make the 1.5hr drive all the time. We want to go in with a bunch of people to get a condo in Summit or Eagle county and split it with a bunch of people so it comes out ~250 bucks a person. Would anyone be interested or have any recommendations? Cheers.

Yes, I would be interested... I have one friend who owns a house in Breck. I'll see if he's renting it this season.

Sorry to disappoint, but this thread wasn't really a Get ToGether either, but it does relate to Seasonal Rentals, so I moved it on over to that area.
Thanks for understanding.

When I lived in  No Cal, it seemed really easy to find season rentals for large groups in Tahoe at a cost of $600-$1,000 per person for the season...market seems a bit tighter here from what I can tell- maybe more owners like doing daily/weekly rentals...if you can't find a suitable property/group, you might try looking to rent a guest room on a part time basis.

We manage one long term rental you might be interested in.  It's a one bedroom and really pretty basic, but if you are up to ski and not there to mingle with the tourists, it might be worth checking into.  Check out pictures here:  http://www.summitcove.com/reservations/?PropertyID=193.
