Have you tried Terry at
Slidewright.com? When it comes to tuning or shop supplies, I'll bet he has what you need. And he offers a discount for EpicSki supporters.

Alpinord AKA Terry does carry
binding screws at slidewright.com last I heard. If he doesn't have it, he will most likely know where to get it.

My ears were burning....

I've had several requests for these screws (I also have these bindings). Generally, proprietary screws are not directly available. I need to pester a shop owner bud again about obtaining some........

The panhead we carry is in the middle.

Here's ours next to the Look heel binding screw.
After discussing options with a customer, I suggested that he try grinding the screw head to fit the binding hole:

"Hey Terry.
I ground down the heads on those pan head screws like we spoke about and they worked perfect!! I used my drill press and a file to do the heads,i screwed them in a plastic drywall anchor to protect the threads in the chuck, then spun them and used a fine file to machine them down, used my dremel cut off wheel to cut the right length, then used a grinding stone in the drill press to bevel the tip off the screw.... Thanks for the push in the right direction!!! Pass on the info to anyone else who can use this. I will be putting in an order with you soon.
thanks lots"
Part of the discussion was to consider grinding the head of a typical binding screw to form a pseudo panhead to fit.
EDIT:
After re-reading the response, I thought it best to clarify that the panhead mod above was for a different binding screw but the approach using an alpine screw may be worth a look if you cannot locate replacements elsewhere:

Attn: Info,
Im trying to find longer screws for my binding set up. The binding is a rossignol scratch composite 3.5-12.( non system mount, mounted flat) What i am doing is adding a 2.5mm shim plate under the toe piece to change my delta. The two screws i need are the two very front screws which sit deep counter sunk in the front toe piece. The OEM screws are as follow 5.5 x 19mm,( im not sure what the head is called) but it is 8mm width. What i need is this screw in at least a 21.5 mm length. I know you have the right toe piece rear screws in your SVST screw kit,but its the front screws i cant seem to find. The 5.5 x 28mm black screws in your kit im afraid have heads that are too wide. I would be very greatfull for any help....please.
