New Skis for my little bro!

 He's 12 years old and got really into tricks last year. He absolutely shredded the edges of his current skis, not just the edges on the bottom of the skis, but the sides of the top are almost entirely chipped off and the bottoms are severely scratched. These skis are not going to get fixed so he'll need new ones. I'm not an expert at all on this and need help with this. The only requirements are twin tips and the size is around 146.

height? weight? Volkl has a mini bridge that seems could be good

 He's about 4'10" and weighs around 80 pounds.

He's pretty light and small for a 12yo. How about this in 139cm or 149cm?
