I dont know if anyone else watches this show...its on Spike, hosted by an ex-Navy SEAL, and he teaches you how to, well, survive disaster. Next weeks episode is about how to survive an avalanche and the aftermath. I figure it might interest some of you. I have no idea if the advice they're telling is good or not. Maybe it'll get some good discussion goin...who knows? Anyway, its on next Tuesday at 11pm Eastern.

If I am ever in a situation where I need to build a snow cave, now I know how.This part was very informative to me, but after that I run into a bear and survive, then get caught in an avalanche............. mabey somewhere along the line I will have to think to myself "may I have made some wrong decisions today"
