Stuck in the quote box

There was a recent thread (ski_nerd's, I think) where someone was stuck in the quote box.
Something similar just happened to me.  I quoted a message, deleted all but one line, and then was stuck.  To make it work, I undid the deletion, typed below the box, and then went back and deleted the part of the quote I did not want at the end.

Running Opera 9.60 on XP.

Can't believe this problem still exist 4 months later!

No one has even responded.

Apologies this was buried among the other threads.

We've made many tweaks to the quote box functionality and have not seen this problem in most browsers.  Can you let me know what browser you're using and I'll take a look?  Thanks.
