Suggestions for updating my favorite skis

I've skied Volkl Mantra's on the back side of Vail for four years and Fischer RX8's on the front side for groomers, bumps and teaching. I love both of these skis (a lot) but they are a little worn and I need to make an update especially for the Fischer's. I've been out of the tech. loop for a year and it looks like Fischer has expanded the RX8 into a dual brand. Does anyone know what the comparable ski to the RX8 is and how it performs as regards the older versions? Also, is the Mantra the same ski it was four years ago? I'm a level 9 skier. 6'0" and 170 lbs. My RX8's are 165cm and the Mantra's are 177's. I ski about 100 days a year but last year was a wipe out ( the economy you know).
Thanks for the advice.

IMO Fischers' best frontside ski these days is the Progressor 9+. It is wider and a bit more gee-essy than what you had but it is a stellar and versatile ski. If you want something really close (but better) than your RX-8, look for the Nordica Spitfire.

I own a Mantra and really don't like it that much but!!! if you have one and like it, then just buy another....you'll like it just as well as what you have.
