Just tried from "new posts" and the forum front page to "mark forums read" since I was getting a listing better than a dozen pages deep.

as far as I can tell it did nothing.

XP pro 2002 SP3 and IE 7.0.573011

Whee!

 It works for me, but then my list of stuff rarely gets more pages deep than three.
