Park City Condo Available - Westgate at The Canyons

1 week available during '09/'10 ski season


We have a 2BR/2BA condo available for 1 week during high-season at Westgate Park City.  It is located at The Canyons in the base village about 150 yards from the gondola (not quite ski-in / ski-out, but includes ski valet to/from gondola).  There is a nice heated indoor/outdoor pool, hot tubs, fitness center, spa, restaurants, etc.  More information here:  www.wgparkcity.com/resort.asp

The rental is available most weeks during the ski season, but excludes holiday weeks like Christmas, Presidents Day, and Sundance.  You choose the week (based on availability).  We are asking $2450 for the week (typical advance purchase rates start at $4700 per week for a 2BR/2BA unit).  If interested, we can reserve your week with a deposit.

FYI ... we purchased the timeshare a few years ago, but now live in Utah and we no longer need the week.

Adjusting the price to 50% off best available deal for 2BR - $2350
Also if you don't need a 2BR, this can also be reserved as a 1BR for $1450 (also 50% off the best rate offered).
