IQ-Max Slider binding plate fo all flat skis?????

Peter Keelty mentions this, can anyone provide details? How heavy is it?  Pics would be great.

 I skied it last season in a Magnum 8.7 mounted with a Market 20.0, I really don't recall if it skied that much different that the IG Grifster and the weight is on the lighter side of what it could be. It gives you the ability to use any binding with the IQ set up and to switch it between other IQ-Max skis. Note, it is just available on the IQ-Max skis, skis over 80mm underfoot. Magnum 8.1, 8.7 and the Titan series. The G-Force skis aren't wide enough and will have the traditional IQ set up.
