Atomic System Bindings--NEOX, XTO, 4Tix, 4R--Can You Mix and Match?

Hello, I have a few questions about the various Atomc system bidings and whether any of them are capable of "cross-polination."

 

I am familiar with the NEOX 4.12 system binding (I own 07/08 Nomad Crimsons), but not with any of the other Atomic system bindings. 

 

Can the 07/08 NEOX 4.12 binding be used on an 07/08 ski that has the binding rail (I assume it's a rail) for the 07/08 4Tix 412 bindings (example, the 07/08 Nomad Highnoon was ordinarily sold with 4Tix 412 bindings), or are the NEOX and 4Tix setups incompatible?

 

What about the newer family of Atomic Bindings, will the XTO 412 binding fit a ski that is ordinarily sold with the new 4R 310 binding/rail (example, 08/09 Highnoon is sold with the 4R 310 binding)?

 

Does the rail for the XTO bindings accommodate the older NEOX bindings? 

 

Will the 4R 310 binding rail accommodate the older 4Tix bindings?

Quick answer. No. Each model is unique to itself. Neox, 4tix, XTO, Xentrix will not mix and match.

I think I asked the wrong question, let me try one more time.  Will the 08/09 FN12 binding from Atomic fit on the 4Tix trackplate that comes on an 07/08 Highnoon?  I believe the answer is "yes" this time, but I would like to get confirmation.

The Device bindings are old and fit nothing now.  For the last three years Atomic has had two different primary integrated binding rail systems.  In 07/08 it was  Neox and 4Tix and in 08/09 it is 4Tix and XTO (Neox is now only available on the carve/racing skis).  So the 08/09 Blackeye and the Crimson use now XTO which is really the Salomon Z12 used on the Salomon Tornado, Fury, etc.  For these skis the Salomon bindings are interchangeable with the XTO bindings.  Everything else uses the 4Tix rails and the bindings are all interchangeable for the last 3 years.  The 08/09 4Tix binding has wider toe arms than the 06/07 or 07/08, but the rails are exactly the same.
