It's a hair over 25 lbs with pedals. For starters I'm going to replace the (really nice) Race Face Next SL seatpost with an Easton EC90 Zero because I need the seat to be more forward. Definitely need as addle with a softer nose too. Also the handlebars are really high, so a new stem may be in the future. But overall, it's about as pimp as I need it to be.

I mean once you get rid of some of that Shimano stuff....

 

I really don't have anything against Shimano, they make perfectly good spinning reels.

 

Dude, that bike will blow the Specialized away!
