OK Folks I am definitely in better condition than I was at this point last year. I thought! Seeing the calender say November got me thinking more about adding some flexibility to go with my increased endurance. So, today I added some light stretching to my daily routine. OMG!

My middle aged hip sockets now want to pop and I have little snaps, kinks, and pops all over my body that I'll need to whittle out before Thanksgiving Saturday. I recall my first day out two years ago (after a 10 year layoff) I

pulled a muscle in my back just booting up
