Military simulation (airsoft) Anyone else here do it?

Hey guys, I was just wondering if anyone else here participated in airsoft. If you are wondering what that is, it is simulation of military specific events or loadouts, or it can just be for fun. I personally have invested way too much in it but its just that fun. Our team specifically participates in CQC (close quarters combat) and woodland scenarios.

heres some pics:

Heres my CQC loadout

And here is us at an event breaching into a school. I'm the guy with R2 on my helmet

For those who don't know, these guns just shoot plastic bb's.

I play with my friends every now and then. Couple wal mart machine guns and pistols in a barn. Lot of fun. We're more into paintball though. We got a team. Im a sniper, 2 my friends front line assult with autos and one heavy artillire with two tippmann A5's welded together.

To ski or not to ski is not the question.

No Airsoft for me, but I do 24-hour paintball games.

I always spend the whole first day waiting for the sun to go down. That's when the fun starts.

very true! nothing like sniping someone when they are taking a pee in the middle of the night!

To ski or not to ski is not the question.

Outlawed here in Italy...on open ground, that is. People must be very careful and play on privately own terrain...

Guys who tried to play in the open ended up scaring people and had the "real thing" coming at them...

Anyhow, I prefer to go and shoot at the shooting range with real guns and rifles...

I was legally owning guns, but let the permit expire when moved out of Italy (too much of a hassle to export the things, get a permit in the new country, then re-import once done with my working contract there, so I sold everything thinking that I would have started anew once "back"...)
