Hey, I'm able to use a machine running XP and IE 6 to log in with the box checked just fine.  Ain't that just throwing mud all over this whole can of worms?

I'd rather be skiing

Mud for sure.  Is this a different machine?  Does it have any anti-virus or anti-spyware software installed?

It's my work machine going through the VPN at the RTP and San Jose campuses.  It's locked down pretty tight.  I wonder if it could be an OS issue such as XP Pro vs Home Edition or Media Center Edition.  The machine I have the check box issue with is running XP Media Center Edition SP 3.

Thought it could also be a SP2 vs XP 3 difference but  my machine running XP Home Edition SP3 seems to work OK.

We've made a couple of changes over the last 2 days with respect to cookie handling.  If you get a chance, try logging in with "Remember me" checked, and let us know how it goes.
