Best Spring Skiing Glove??

Looking for some input on any rave reviews of great spring skiing gloves. In my perfect world they would be lightweight, very breathable, waterproof and semi-warm with no gauntlet but secure wrist closure. Looking for something excelling in the 25F to 40F range of temps. with good dexterity. Any input is appreciated.

I really like the Salomon equipe pro glove - they're made for nordic skiing, but I really like em.

I also use my full-finger Troy Lee and Fox mountain biking gloves with some regularity, though water/snow goes right through them.

Right now I am sporting the Smart Wool leather spring glove. It's very nice and exactly what your looking for.

I also like nordic XC gloves. I've got a pair of Swix gloves. Think they ran me about $25.
