Oakley forced hype. They want to use him as their ski spokesman but Oakley has gotten a lot of grief because he's not a role model. They talked him into this publicity stunt. But he does truly love to ski and his passion for skiing is admirable, not much else positive to say about him but that

Saw Tanner on Jay Leno a couple of nights ago. One of Jay's 'interns' was inteviewing people at the X-Games, getting them to do goofy stuff. The intern got Simon Dumont to strip to his skivvies and do a back flip, and brushed Tanner's teeth. I'm not sure why Tanner put up with that silliness, actually. I wish the intern had gotten Sarah Burke to strip to her underwear, but OH WELL...
