I brought my nephew the knuckle dragger with me. He's really a great rider and we really pounded it! Although nothing new, fresh lines are still to be had and plenty of very soft broken and piled fun stuff we spent most of the day over in the trees off Buddys and flying Z, triangle trees and Bar-U area. Then played around in lots of fresh lines in the trees over in Sunshine AKA "wally world". I am pretty sure Deb Armstrong was teaching a womens clinic and there was a cornice with about a 10' plus drop. She was teaching them how to drop it. Well I skied up just besides them an of course, she suggested I go ahead an drop it; well, it was pony-up time! No picture but it was a nice drop and did the bears proud! It really was the proverbial "Hero" or "Zero" moment... Josiah, my nephew had the hit of the day with a double jump; he popped a ridge took about 5' of air and then on his landing had to launch off his landing or it could have been ugly. Nice!
Here's some pics- PS- this was the perfect Phil-day for trees....
