Ski lunch....Snickers bar found abandoned in the snow (fully wrapped) near the Saddle Lodge at Gore....eaten on the lift so I could ski whilst the downstaters and their kids ate overpriced lunch in the base lodge.

Dude, frozen Snickers bars are the best!

I had a ski lunch of PB & J, day-old mushroom pizza, and peanut M&Ms and mini Snickers bars...kept in the mesh pocket of my Camelbak so they freeze .

More Ovaltine, please!

Subway toasted cheese & meatball, at an outlet mall in Antrim, Northern Ireland...

Just why I was at an outlet mall, I'm not sure since this time next week, I'll have all the outlet malls I want, at Silverthorne.

Sun-dried tomato tortilla with goat cheese --- seriously!    My wife made it for me - it sounds kind of gross but it's good!

Paleo:

Large salad:  Green Leaf lettuce, Red Leaf lettuce, cucumber, shredded carrot and beats, one avocado, tomato, mushroom.

Lots of Olive Oil, Pensy's Greek seasoning, water in a jar - shaken.  Then a lime squeezed over the top.  It was pretty good.  Maybe too much salt in the Pensy's.

I am going through a lot of Olive Oil.

Forgot to mention the protein:  A huge chunk of salmon - grilled with pepper and other spices and olive oil.  Gotta have plenty of protein.

Peanut butter and jelly sandwich. Just did a quick calculation. This is approximately my 8000th lifetime PBJ sandwich. No lie. This one's kind of special because it's with raisin bread (from a bakery) and a side of Hint of Lime Tostitos.

I loaded up on Lean Cuisine this week.  Kroger was running a super-special...almost $1 off for each item with the proceeds going to breast cancer research.  What a great way to watch calories/fat and contribute to a fabulous cause.  Oh, I had the Swedish meatballs today for lunch: yummy!

Mrs CRG LOVEs Lean Cusisine for lunch.  I get all the dinner leftovers because I telecommute from home.  She takes LC to her office across town for lunch just about everyday.  We have Kroger, I'll gove her a heads up for that.

For yesterday:

Didn't eat lunch, but went out for a very lateish lunch, early dinner (6:30PM is a late lunch by my university's standards <g>) Vinnie T's (this pretty good italian place on Bolyston in Boston.) and had a spinach and ricotta ravioli with walnut cream sauce. Yum!!

They also serve an entire roasted garlic clove with their foccacia. Delicious!
