The Adirondack Medical Center in Lake Placid is excited to add Sports Science services to our Sports Medicine / Rehabilitation department.

The first services that we are focusing on will be Lactate Threshold Testing, Dartfish motion analysis and endurance / strength coaching.
Our staff is composed of Physical Therapists, Athletic Trainers and Exercise Physiologists.
Currently we are able to test via treadmill and Computrainer for runners/skiers and cyclists.

Pricing for Lactate Testing will be as follows:
Results only $125
Results, Zones, Consultation w/ Physiologist $175
Retests: $75

Coaching (Lactate threshold required for cardiovascular, but not included)
Either Cardiovascular OR Strength
Initial Month ( 3 face to face sessions w/ coach) $140
Additional Month ( 1 session w/ coach) $90
Addition Sessions $35/hour

Both Cardio and Strength
Initial month $175
Additional month $125
Additional Sessions $35 /hour

There will be a 10% discount for groups of 8 or more.

About Me:
I completed my Masters Degree in Exercise Physiology at Montana State University under Dan Heil, PhD. FACSM.
My research was titled "Sagittal Plan Kinematics During Time Trial Cycling".
Initial data was presented at the 2008 SICI conference in Denver.
