POC Equipment

I searched, and couldn't find any good threads on this.

Their equipments looks to be top-of-the-line; at least their helmets, and possibly their goggles.

Any here have any experience/comments on POC gear??

I've had racers crack their POC helmets simply from gate impacts, no falls. On the plus side, the supplier replaced them almost instantly.

They do love the weight and comfortable fit.

their helmets are not for long and narrow heads.

I havent had problems with their helmets cracking, even after crashing into various objects...so I guess you could say they are sturdy.
I have heard that the foam inside compresses after crashing/getting hit, but that may or may not be true...?

I'm having my new POC painted yellow by my buddy at his Body Shop. I have been in Boeri Myto's for about 15 years. The POC in XL was a comfortable fit.

I'm pretty good at using my helmets so I'll let you know if it cracks.

That is what they are supposed to do. Any ski helmet is a one hit helmet. After one hit they should be replaced. The foam compresses to absorb the impact, if you use it again the foam can no longer compress making the helmet useless.

No one cares that you tele.

I was given a pr. of POC goggles last year and to my vast surprise, they were the ones that I wore the most all year.
