OK. My first impression was the picture was not LCC. So with my earlier, could I assume this is not a cottonwood resort altogether?

It's not Cottonwood. I must admit, this picture doesn't really look too much like the resort it was taken at, at least I don't really think it does (if I were looking at it I'd be thinking Steamboat). But I very much remember (and have a video) what happened at the bottom of this run - it involves the shed.

So it's not the cottonwoods, but is in Utah.

No...

I'm trying to think of a hint that won't give it away...

It's not in Vermont, though.

On Capman's pic I'm gonna say Powder Mountain. can's say a specific run, but it sure does look like what I remember it looking like if that makes any sense.

You must be praying before you drop into that High bowl
This quicktime link is a fun "pan" view of Highlands:

That's right, it's Jupiter at PCMR. Not exactly which one of the runs it is as this was from a few years ago.

Oko, your turn.

Campman,
That's the west face, great spot.

Unfortunately I don't have many pictures. I will definitely post in a couple of months though.

Post another post another.

It seems that the Pic I posted yesterday (I swear it was there!) has disappeared, so let me try again...

*edit* hmmm... when I signed on today this picture in my previous post did not show up. Now that I've posted it again I can see it in the original post again. What gives? Oh well... hope y'all can see it.

*edit 2* checking in an hour and a half later and my pics are gone again! Here's attempt number three of the same area from a new source:

learn2 turn, Its Starr, you pulled off on the toll road at a small parking area right at the top of where Starr, National and Liftline are. I did the same thing this summer also and took a picture. You are right about the Loaf except i don't consider that the back side, one really ends up right on the front of the mountain about the top of King Pine quad if they go straight dwon from this location, backside to me would mean hiking out at the bottom something I haven't done.

Does it help is I say that the line under this lift is an open, named trail? No poaching necessary here!
