Folks were chattering about old K2 Extremes

From Craigslist:

On offer: one pair of snow skis with boots.

I make no warranty, express or implied, regarding the fitness of this equipment for any purpose. These skis were top of the line about 15 years ago; but, a lot has happened since then, like seat belts, electricity, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, etc. My recommendation is to use them for a Halloween costume; but, I'm not even going to make any promises that your costume will be popular. I definitely don't vouch for your safety if you try to use them according to their original design. If you do something silly like try to put these things on your feet and ski with them and you die, don't complain. Skis: K2 Extreme 8.3, 195cm, Look 3D bindings
Boots: Nordica Grand Prix

Smash you should move out here
Bonus, another pair listed the same day...
Coincidence?

Set of K2 Extreme Skis with bindings and poles. $100.00 obo.
Must be picked up in Raleigh.

Smell that?  Winter's coming!

I recon the din is about half what the color brightness is.

Shoot them an email. They are currently on Raleigh NC Craigslist. They are asking $100.00

Phil...looks to be OLIN ORANGE, so mid 70's maybe?
Nice condition too

Can you throw in a basket/tip pix? Speaking of which, who was the first pole manufactuer to go from the old single point tip, to
the later "ice" insert?

IIRC, these were like $45.00 back in the day.. Mere mortal poles like the Scott's were like $20-25.00. Plus, you got your money's worth with these poles..they are heavy.

If you do, I'd like dibs on it.
It would match the KTM orange Birdfeeder I have.
