Go for it! By that, I mean go to the Buckley steam show. Go water skiing on Little Traverse Bay. Go visit Sleeping Bear Dunes- too bad they don't still have dune rides. Wind surfing wouldn't be too bad either. Used to be a school near Black Rock Mountain. Best of all, shine up your skis for long, white winter.

Now for the best Birthday Present!
My husband, who hasn't taken time off from work for a vacation in nearly 18 years, bought a season pass to ABasin!
I had gotten one when I visited last May, and told him that my only Birthday wish was for him to commit to a ski vacation with me.
I'd say a season pass is a commitment!!!
