New Marker Plate

I read about this in the Ski Racing Canada buyer's guide. Although my setup is already set for the season, I'm curious about some of this "adjustability." Anybody know how this works?

Adjustable ramp angle? You can put lifters under the toe and heel which modify the difference in height between the heel and toe.

Flex? Yes, the 16/14 mm plate can be adjusted for flex.

Centerline positioning?

Duck stance???

IMO it is the same plate but they modified it to meet fis requirements. It is now 11/9 mm.
