Who I did not enjoy making turns with. Including Josh. he was even nice when I trashed his ski.

Some are to much to hang with on the mountain. : Some were just not quite there and went thier own way. ::: But all are pleasure to be @ the mountain with.

I will not start dropping names because I would forget to list many.

Life does not get better than meeting and hanging with Bears and Maggots at Ski areas all over the world.

Don't remember them all and don't want to leave any names out. I will say, I have skied with a Bear more days last year than I didn't. Some of my bestest ski buddies have come from this forum.

*this is strictly off the top of the dome with erratic immediacy...which means if i did meet you and forgot to list you it's not because you weren't up to dookey standards. it's more likely that we met quick and then didn't end up spending much slope time together. most of these folks listed i spent a good solid 6 hours or more skiing with over the season (or we did at least took a minimum of 2 runs together or had a nice little bout of libatory intake in lieu of actually ever having shared turns together).

And I'm leaving out quite a few people whom I basically either rode with en masse (for example at LGCIII there were many times that the assembled 30-75 people just kind of went down the hill in a big group before splintering off, so there were a number of people whom I sorta kinda not really met). There's also a number of folks I just apres'd with and after a few libations names kind of meld together. Plus getting together in a group is always an endeavor where you end up splintering off with different folks.

I honestly kind of credit my "coming out of my shell" in terms of connecting with either Epic or TGR folks to Cirquerider. Within a month or two of me first posting on this site he offered to go on some mild BC treks with me and also offered to videotape/film me skiing (I never did take him up on those offers, either, so hopefully they didn't have an expiration date!).

Based on Cirque's postings, I attended the Tahoe Gathering at KW last year and had a blast. Swapped digits with a few folks and then figured I'd crash LGC thinking if the Cali (and few EC folks who were in town for ESA Tahoe) were cool then the Colo contingency had to be just as swell. They were. THen based on my LGC experience, where I met a few cross-posters, I bumrushed the Mammoth Mini of Maggots where I finally got to ski with MTT (more like I tried to keep up!), the legendary Captain Powder, and a ton of other folks who were great skiers and just as solid company during apres, dinner, and b-fast times.

I'm already stoked to get back out and swap some turns and hi-jinx with the lot of you and hopefully connect with some new folks too.

I've almost skied with a few people here.

I've taken a run or two with a few TGR people - can't remember thier names (e or real) though. Ummm...the chick with the Gotamas and her friend, the guy with the 138s, some other guys with some other skis. I'm bad with names but good with skis.

The only guy from either place that I ski with regularly is OBernhardFranz, but that's just 'cuz he's my brother.
