Comments Bridger Bowl Instructor of the year 2006. Truthfully, I love all facets of teaching, and get a lot of satisfaction out of helping skiers expand their personal skills and horizons. I teach in the men's, woman's, and college programs and teach privates and groups at all levels. Bridger Bowl ski school prides itself in having our best available at all levels, and if you come to Bridger as a beginner during the week, you are just as likely to get a level III as a level I. Come visit us a Bridger Bowl.

Certification  Canadian Ski Instructors Alliance (CSIA) level 2 (yes, a mere level 2, but I'm good).  I have a side specialty in that I'm a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and a Certified Personal Trainer.
Specialties  Taking people to the next level after an eternity as an intermediate skier.  That and bumps.  I love bumps.  I ski in the east mostly so I don't get to teach them much, but the day after we get snow, guarantee my class will be getting their lesson wherever there's the most bump-like terrain.
Comments  I've been teaching since 2000, mostly in Quebec but also with a winter at Silver Star in BC where I was taught for about an hour every morning by some of the best level IVs in Canada and Australia.  Great year!  I've also been a hockey coach and an ultimate coach (took the kids to the national championships the past two summers), and have been a disabled ski guide, so I have lots of experience helping people achieve in sports.

Basically I love talking ski training and skiing, but would like to do so as a pro.  What do you think?

NSP Alpine Patroller, Avalanche Instructor, Mountain Travel & Rescue Instructor

Specialties I specialize in helping students overcome fear through skill development and confidence.  I teach skills and tactics for skiing off piste through rocks, trees, and moguls in variable conditions.  I encourage my students to develop a sense of "line" and to use visualization techniques to successfully ski lines that might have previously seemed intimidating.  I teach all ages and ability levels.
Comments Skiing is fun!  I am a 20 year JH Local who can safely match your abilities to our unique big mountain terrain.  I can show you the best snow on the mountain and help you ski better while we cut lift lines.  Don't waste time looking for the goods or waiting in lines.  You will have more fun in a lesson with me than on your own.  More Skiing... Less Talking!
